Champlin is snugly situated near the Mississippi River and offers a ton of affordable housing. Champlin has more than a handful of parks which include Andrew's Park Splash pad, and a Skate Park, a Lifetime Fitness, ice rink, movie theater, and easy commuting access to Highway 169 and Highway 610 to help your morning commute.
Champlin also offers restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops with three small strip malls with ice cream shops, Chinese Restaurant, Fast Food locations, Wells Fargo and Target. All the conveniences and a little smaller community feel than the neighboring Brooklyn Park and Maple Grove areas.

The city of Champlin also offers city sponsored Movie Nights, Summer activities, art in the park and lots of other great activities. Most are free or a small fee and include lots of laughs and tons of fun!

What's the Neighborhood Like?

The Champlin homes surrounding Andrews Park are for the most part located in the Champlin Meadows, Oftedahl Addition and Champlin River Park neighborhoods of single family homes. The single family homes are typically a bi-level split or a multi-level split home with between two and four bedrooms. Open vaulted floor plans with two or three car garage. Most of them were built between 1975 and 1989 with anywhere between 1,200 and 2,200 square feet finished.
